Well, to look at art I normally just go on the search engine or click on the logo on the top left corner. To view people's profile then if you're viewing someone's pic. somewhere near, there should be the name of the artist nearby. Click on it and you should be automatically in the person's profile. I hope this helped somehow....

If you draw like on paper, then yeah you can do that if you don't have, or don't want to use, a scanner. If you draw on the computer, like with paint tool sai or photoshop or whatever, and it's saved then you can just choose the file and submit that.

Wish I could help... I'm kinda new to it, too. But try exploring it a bit and you should be able to get the hang of it or something... :)
