Ha ha, this is great! I said the texture on the carrot was lacking, well the effect on this is perfect, really realistic! To stick to my pact of always giving constructive critisism when I can, however, I'm gonna be difficult and say that the bullet effect was slightly better on the carrot, as you could really see the speed of it. I think this was probably harder to capture on a black background. The artichoke itself though is fantastic!!! I think it would be tough, try a wine glass being shot!
