you dont have to be on youtube to make something on movie maker go to movie maker make a video save to a file then go on your youtube account go to the top of the screen it says upload that means you can upload a video go to your files and upload the video you want to share

lower left part on your computer it says "start" click on that there is a list of options and ther is a symbol thing that says "Windows live movie maker" it looks like a strip of film =)
