Hej, I think I want to explain this one. This is a drawing from the cover of Vanity Fair whit the beautiful and pregnant Demi Moore. The person on my pic is a man, and it is a response to that if you do a sex change where I come from, you are forced to get sterilized, and can't give birth to/ have biological children. And that is a horrible and inhumane way to treat people.
